Laurie Humphrey practiced corporate law for over 9 years at Jones Day. After taking time off to stay home with her two sons, Laurie has now returned to her career and has opened up a law practice focusing on advising small businesses and supporting in-house counsel. Her goal is to use the skills and knowledge developed at a large firm for the benefit of smaller clients who need solid legal advice throughout their business’s life cycle, especially at the very start. Each client and business is different, and Laurie will work with you to provide advice and solutions that address your unique needs.
